About the role
- Manage inbound sales inquiries from new and existing customers
- Conduct outbound cold calling and follow-ups on qualified leads
- Own and grow a book of business through repeat orders and upsells
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account records in CRM
- Coordinate with operations and finance to ensure smooth fulfillment
Requirements
- At least four (4) years of experience in inside sales roles, preferably within CPG organizations with national presence in the U.S.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; patient, professional, and team oriented.
- Proficiency in Shopify is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability to work largely within Pacific Time hours is preferred.
