About the role
- Mentor and guide our junior DevOps engineer.
- Architect and oversee cloud infrastructure.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Own monitoring, observability, and alerting.
- Step in for complex issues: deployments, troubleshooting, incident response.
- Establish governance: documentation, runbooks, security protocols.
Requirements
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure Engineering.
- Direct experience in SaaS environments.
- Deep expertise with AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Strong CI/CD background (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
- Containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
- Security-first mindset: IAM, compliance frameworks, incident management.
- Excellent communicator.
