About the role
- Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents.
- Conduct thorough research on immigration laws and regulations.
- Organize and maintain client files and case documentation.
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case updates.
- Prepare legal documents such as affidavits, declarations, and correspondence.
- Ensure that all submissions comply with relevant deadlines and legal requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and file management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of US immigration processes, laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in legal research and document preparation.
- Familiarity with immigration law software and case management tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with a team.
- High level of professionalism and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
