About the role
- Edit short-form video content for paid ads focused on e-commerce/DTC performance goals.
- Use AI video and creative tools to generate, enhance, or assemble video assets.
- Adapt creatives for different ad formats, platforms, and testing variations.
- Create static graphic ads when needed (preferred, not mandatory).
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance insights.
- Manage multiple creative requests while maintaining quality and speed.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience editing video for paid ads, ideally for e-commerce/DTC brands.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for video and/or graphic creation.
- Strong understanding of what makes video ads perform in paid social environments.
- Comfortable working with fast turnaround times and creative testing cycles.
- Time zone overlap with U.S. working hours (LatAm preferred; other regions considered with sufficient overlap).
- Experience with tools like Nano Banana and Google Veo 3 is a plus, but tool choice is ultimately up to the editor.
