About the role

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles from job intake to offer acceptance
  • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, creative outreach, and talent networks
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria
  • Screen candidates and conduct structured interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and potential
  • Manage candidate pipelines in the ATS, ensuring timely communication and a strong candidate experience
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and use data to identify bottlenecks and improve processes
  • Help build #paid's employer brand through job posts, social content, and referral programs
  • Collaborate on onboarding, compensation benchmarking, and workforce planning
  • Work closely with new hiring managers through to C-suite and leadership teams, training and guiding them on effective hiring practices
  • Develop, update, and deliver training resources to support hiring managers across the organization
  • Stay up to date on hiring best practices and industry trends, bringing forward recommendations to continuously improve our approach

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
  • Proven track record closing competitive roles across sales, marketing, or technical teams
  • Strong communicator—written and verbal—with a high bar for candidate experience
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment across EST time zones
  • Experience recruiting in Canada and the US
