Account Executive

• Lead and manage a pipeline of new business expansion opportunities within existing strategic Global 2000 accounts
• Align PagerDuty's operations cloud and multi-product catalog to different stakeholders across accounts
• Develop strategic plans and identify long-term strategies to grow accounts
• Negotiate positive business outcomes with existing customers
• Manage and close complex, multi-product sales cycles for Fortune 500 accounts
• Conduct consistent and effective conversations with senior-level executives (SVP+) to garner interest and support
• Create customized presentations and content for internal and external audiences
• Plan territory, map account targets, and execute effective territory strategy
• Use historical data and market trends to provide accurate forecasts to management
• Prospect using Marketing, Alliances, BDR programs to open net new logo opportunities with Executive level alignment
• Document key qualification details including use case, purchase timeframes, and next steps (MEDDICC & COM Framework)
• Proactively engage internal resources and partners to move the sales process forward

• Provides technical support for our Workday Modules (Core HCM, Absence, Time Keeping, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, etc.), including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
• Collaborates with functional and technical system stakeholders to streamline processes, advise on new functionality, and promote user adoption.
• Participates in the review, testing, and implementation of feature releases.
• Documents process and results following our SOX compliance change management process.
• Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running audits and analyzing data.
• Engage with the Workday community to understand system capabilities and recommend solutions to address business needs.
• Act as a system consultant to process and program owners.

Senior HRIS Analyst

Analyst

• Collaborate on various system integration initiatives, encompassing Workday and other interconnected systems.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and document the Workday integration systems using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors.
• Integrate Workday with third-party global payroll and benefit providers.
• Configure integration security measures for robust data protection.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production efficiently.
• Develop Workday custom reports, including BIRT (nice to have).
• Partner and build relationships with stakeholders to align on objectives, translating business requirements into system requirements and advance Workday adoption and ease of use.
• Engage with internal business users, demonstrating system changes and addressing relevant business needs.
• Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration development lifecycle.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities, ensuring efficient organization and communication.
• Contribute to other assigned projects and tasks as needed.
• The base salary range for this position is 131,000 - 220,000 USD.
• This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
• Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
