• Generate leads and drive the development of new business deals with payers
• Own a regional book of business, seeing deals throughout all stages in a complex, consultative, solutions-type sales cycle
• Manage our process for qualifying leads, identifying solutions, and serving as the key point of contact for prospects as they enter our pipeline
• Lead analysis and support strategy to drive forward new revenue opportunities including managing the development and delivery of client facing pitches in collaboration with Business Development and Marketing leads

• Partner with the CPO and senior leadership to shape and execute people strategies that align with organizational goals and values; provide thought leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and cultural initiatives.
• Oversee all aspects of People Operations including HRIS, compliance, and policy development; ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of employment laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels; partner with legal counsel on complex issues to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Lead the strategy, design, and administration of comprehensive employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, wellness, and retirement plans; manage Open Enrollment and 401(k) administration and audits.
• Lead optimization of HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce) to ensure data accuracy, automation, and actionable insights; leverage analytics and lead future HRIS implementations.

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead the design and architecture of complex systems, ensuring scalability and performance for next-gen health products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, promoting best practices and high coding standards.
• Write, review, and maintain code in languages and frameworks such as TypeScript, Next.js, Nest, and React.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering leaders to define technical requirements across multiple projects.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects through project planning, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
