About the role

  • Provide operational and analytical support to the Business Partner team, ensuring efficient execution of people processes and alignment with the segment’s strategies.
  • Support the following business units: Private; Global Investment Solutions; Principal; 2 international units.
  • More analytical and strategic profile, data-oriented.
  • Support recruitment processes (screening, scheduling, candidate communication).
  • Maintain and update vacancy trackers and HR indicator dashboards (turnover, headcount, SLA).
  • Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership meetings.
  • Prepare executive PowerPoint decks with common themes for Business Partners (BPs).
  • Support HR engagement and positive initiatives.
  • Assist in the management of internal movements and hiring processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for operational questions from segment leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, People Management, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Previous experience as a Business Partner.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for presentations.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong ability to manipulate and present data.
  • Power BI (advantage).
  • Experience with data tools (advantage).
  • Basic English (advantage).
