Business Development Rep

• Serve as the first point of contact for Paddle’s sales efforts as an outbound Business Development Representative
• Generate demand, interest and excitement for Paddle’s products and Merchant of Record payments solution
• Prospect and develop leads; build and own a pipeline of good-fit accounts
• Generate conversations from outbound outreach and warm relationships
• Convert conversations into qualified meeting opportunities for Account Executives
• Partner with marketing on in-person and virtual events to generate demand
• Effectively showcase Paddle via phone, LinkedIn and email
• Manage and prioritise time to consistently achieve and exceed targets
• Collaborate with Account Executives and wider commercial/marketing teams

Business Development Representative, German Speaker

• Manage the monthly accounting and compliance processes for global indirect taxes
• Support the business with ad hoc indirect matters from existing customers, buyers and prospects
• Manage at least one direct report and the work of other tax consultants who provide assistance
• Oversee direct tax in a limited number of companies/branches operating as simple group service companies
• Opportunity to get involved in other group tax projects
• Collaborate across the length and breadth of the business and with two other Regional Managers on monthly close processes and controls
• Report directly to the VP of Tax (based in London)

Regional Tax Manager

Systems Engineer

• Lead initiatives to automate operational processes, reducing manual effort and increasing reliability with a focus on scalability and security
• Partner with IT and InfoSec leadership to design, implement, and optimise integrations across business-critical IT and security systems
• Champion compliance with industry best practices and security standards, including CIS Benchmarks, and proactively identify areas for improvement
• Support GRC initiatives on control implementation, audit evidence gathering and unlocking efficiency improvements through automation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects aligned with the Enterprise Technology roadmap, ensuring measurable impact and timely delivery
• Contribute to the secure configuration and monitoring of AWS cloud infrastructure and work with the Platform team to ensure security initiatives are delivered at scale
• Develop and maintain internal documentation and knowledge bases to ensure consistent, high-quality support and operational excellence
• Mentor and support other engineers across InfoSec, IT and the wider Engineering function, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Act as a technical leader at the intersection of infrastructure, security, and automation to empower Paddle’s global teams

• Identify and drive new strategic opportunities such as pricing, support automation, and KYB automation through advanced ML models and analytics.
• Design comprehensive systems including data capture, operational processes, experimentation frameworks, and feedback mechanisms.
• Lead end-to-end model development and deployment processes, leveraging classical ML methods and LLM based methods based on agentic AI.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration and productionization of solutions that significantly impact business performance.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation, testing, and validation to optimize model performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Act as a mentor and technical leader, advocating for best practices in model development and deployment.
• Continuously monitor and iterate on models in production, maintaining high standards for accuracy and performance.
• Partner with business units to help evaluate AI solutions and to build systems which generate business impact.
