Data Engineer

• We are seeking a Senior Manager, Data Engineering to own and drive the data side of our platform and manage a team of software engineers. This role requires a strong background in modern data platforms, excellent communication skills to partner across product, commercial, and (at times) external client teams, and familiarity with the paid advertising ecosystem. Knowledge of retailer commerce operations is a strong plus.
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of data solutions across Snowflake, BigQuery, and traditional relational databases.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, commercial teams, and external clients to understand requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver reliable data solutions.
• Ensure best practices for data pipeline design, performance, and scalability, including cost-optimization strategies.
• Partner with AI/algorithm research and engineering teams to provide data infrastructure support.
• Contribute to our data strategy execution, aligning projects with leadership goals and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including system designs, architecture proposals, and operational guides.
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance in data engineering and system design. Set clear expectations, foster accountability, and support the professional growth and development of team members while driving high-quality execution.

Senior Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships

Product Operations

• We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Principal Product Operations Manager who will be responsible for launch readiness and will lead cross-functional planning and execution of product and feature releases. This individual will coordinate all go-to-market (GTM) readiness activities, align stakeholders across departments, and ensure smooth, timely, and successful market entry.
• Pricing Strategy & Readiness: Collaborate with Product and Finance teams to define pricing models for new products or features. Ensure pricing strategy is aligned with business goals and market conditions. Coordinate readiness of pricing-related systems (e.g., billing, quoting tools).
• Program & Project Management: Own the end-to-end launch readiness process for product releases or initiatives. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics. Drive weekly readiness reviews with stakeholders; escalate risks and resolve blockers. Create and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate and enable Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Support, and Ops teams on launch deliverables. Ensure all teams are informed, accountable, and prepared ahead of launch via consistent communication and feedback loops. Track progress on readiness checklists including training, collateral, messaging, FAQs, etc.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks to launch timelines or quality, establish escalation paths and proactively mitigate issues. Serve as the single point of contact for tracking and resolving launch blockers.
• Operational Excellence: Build and refine scalable launch frameworks, playbooks and SOPs for structured repeatable processes. Establish KPIs and post-launch retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
