About the role

  • Today, our EMEA Sales and Customer Success teams are navigating structural inefficiencies across billing, contracting, Salesforce workflows, and issue resolution.
  • The Operation Manager & Executive Assistant is a high-impact hybrid position spanning:
  • Revenue Operations
  • Sales & Account Management Support
  • Executive Assistant to the VP EMEA
  • Office & Employee Experience Management
  • GTM Systems Administration
  • You will provide operational and administrative support across the EMEA team, helping ensure that deals are processed accurately, leadership is supported, and the office environment enables performance.
  • This role combines ownership of defined areas (executive support and event coordination) with support across revenue operations and systems workflows.
  • This is not a purely administrative role. It is a coordination-focused operational role with exposure to revenue processes and cross-functional workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Executive Support, or hybrid operational roles within SaaS or technology companies
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency; familiarity with billing systems and CRM workflows
  • Experience supporting billing processes, contract coordination, or revenue-related workflows in partnership with senior team members
  • Demonstrated ability to manage executive calendars and international travel
  • Exceptional organizational discipline and attention to detail
  • Comfort working across teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to coordinate tasks and ensure timely execution
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to identify issues and escalate or seek guidance as needed
  • Analytical mindset with interest in improving processes, while supporting initiatives led by senior team members
  • Comfort operating in a fast-scaling, cross-functional environment
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
