About the role
- Assist with MDS scheduling, tracking, and audit support across multiple facilities
- Support timely completion of MDS assessments, CAAs, and care plans
- Help ensure compliance with CMS regulations, PDPM guidelines, and state requirements
- Monitor and report on MDS completion, timeliness, and documentation accuracy
- Assist with coordination between DONs, ADONs, MDS Coordinators, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support education and follow-up related to MDS processes and best practices
- Help prepare reports, organize data, and maintain regional MDS documentation
Requirements
- Strong understanding of MDS processes in a skilled nursing setting
- Active RN license in CA
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across facilities
- Comfortable working with interdisciplinary teams and leadership
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus
- Clinical background (RN/LVN) preferred, but not required depending on experience
