About the role
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide problem resolution related to transactions and technical questions for policyholders
- Participate in an initial training and study period for FINRA exams if unlicensed
- Provide outstanding customer service and problem-solving support to colleagues and customers
- Work in a hybrid schedule after licensing (in-office one day a week) or during initial 6-week study period be in-office 5 days a week if unlicensed
- Participate in community volunteer opportunities and local charity events
- Engage in recorded video-interviews and game-based assessment during recruiting process
Requirements
- FINRA SIE and series 6 or 7 license is required (or willingness to obtain within 6 weeks of hire)
- Strong customer service skills with 1-2 years of experience in a related customer service role
- College degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
- Proactive and resourceful with strong analytical skills and creative thinking
- Skilled at handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Motivated to learn quickly and adapt to changes
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability to handle 50 to 60 incoming calls daily
