About the role

  • ✓ Lead end-to-end recruiting for clinical, operational, and administrative positions across multiple counties, with Lead Care Manager hiring as a top organizational priority.
  • ✓ Build candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles—especially Lead Care Managers, LCSWs, LMFTs, CHWs, and Care Managers—through creative sourcing and community partnerships.
  • ✓ Develop targeted Lead Care Manager recruitment strategies, including outreach to care management professional networks, graduate programs, and managed care organizations.
  • ✓ Design interview frameworks rooted in values alignment and trauma-informed hiring practices.
  • ✓ Own recruitment metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement.
  • ✓ Champion PHG’s employer brand across job boards, social media, career fairs, and professional networks.
  • ✓ Collaborate with HR and department leads on onboarding, credentialing, and retention strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting clinical staff, Lead Care Managers, Outreach staff and community-based health workers.
  • Working knowledge of California employment law, EEO regulations, and healthcare credentialing requirements.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage candidates across diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
