Security Engineer

• Define and drive the company-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned with business, regulatory, and client needs
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of cybersecurity and ICS engineers
• Serve as executive-level liaison to regulators, auditors, clients, and (future) board committees
• Partner with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure readiness for public company standards (e.g., SOX, SEC disclosure requirements, risk management frameworks)
• Lead hands-on technical work: penetration testing, exploit research, vulnerability assessments, and secure architecture reviews
• Design and enforce security patterns for blockchain infrastructure, validator nodes, smart contracts, and cryptographic systems
• Oversee architecture reviews, threat modeling, and code reviews for critical systems (web, API, mobile, blockchain)
• Build and maintain security architecture diagrams, process flows, and technical risk assessments
• Establish and oversee security operations, monitoring, and incident response capabilities
• Drive compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS, and other regulatory/security frameworks

• Company focuses on maximizing APR while enhancing security, launching new networks and yield products, and expanding into RWA, data, and service products
• Role: senior individual contributor owning a personal enterprise pipeline focused on U.S. crypto-native companies, primarily New York with reach in San Francisco and Los Angeles
• Run full-cycle 6+ month deals from prospecting and qualification through legal/compliance, close, and post-sale expansion
• Target exchanges, L1/L2 ecosystems, foundations, validators/staking providers, wallets/MPC, liquidity providers/market makers, DeFi and crypto-infra projects
• Leverage U.S. crypto network to originate meetings, unlock executive access, and multi-thread to decision makers; drive BD partnerships and co-selling motions
• Own account metrics (ERR/ARR, TVL), maintain HubSpot hygiene and forecasting, and represent the company at U.S. crypto events

VP of Enterprise Sales, Crypto-Native

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Define the target finance systems architecture and roadmap, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs
• Lead the selection and implementation of a new ERP system (likely NetSuite), including vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and system design
• Act as project manager from the finance side during ERP and related system implementations, ensuring milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met
• Coordinate and perform system testing, validation, and UAT
• Serve as the internal systems analyst: maintain, support, and optimize finance systems (ERP, IBM Planning Analytics, Tres Finance, Superset, Jira)
• Design and oversee data flows and integrations across all tools, ensuring accuracy and automation (ERP ↔ IBM PA ↔ Superset ↔ Tres Finance ↔ Jira)

• Launch new networks and yield products (TON, Avail, Monad, Babylon, Story, Berachain, etc.)
• Develop and maintain smart contracts on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible blockchains
• Implement and manage smart contracts for decentralized applications (dApps) on EVM-based networks
• Optimize contracts for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure secure deployment and operation of EVM-based smart contracts

Business Intelligence Analyst

Data Reporting Analyst

• Day-to-day accounting and month-end close: record revenues and expenses in QuickBooks; process bank statements and reconcile balances; book accruals and manage prepaid expenses; maintain the fixed-asset register and depreciation; handle payroll accounting and related provisions (bonuses, vacation/leave)
• Support Treasury, Finance, and PM teams with accurate and timely crypto asset data.
• Work with IBM PA team to ensure crypto-related revenue, cost, and balance data are reflected in management reporting.
• Maintain and administer the Tres Finance platform within the organization.
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of blockchain transaction data in Tres.
• Oversee mapping of transactions to the correct financial accounts based on established rules.
• Regularly reconcile balances between Tres, blockchain data, and QuickBooks (QB).
• Develop and optimize automation rules within Tres for transaction categorization and reporting.
• Maintain and enhance integrations between Tres and QuickBooks (accounting system), Fireblocks (digital asset custody), IBM Planning Analytics (IBM PA), any future ERP system
• Coordinate with internal IT and vendors to ensure smooth data flows.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Product Management, and other teams to fully understand and document all crypto token flows.
• Act as the primary point of contact with Tres Finance for troubleshooting, enhancements, and new feature requests.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
