Chief Marketing Officer

• Own and drive a data-driven marketing function, using KPIs such as budget, lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and pipeline performance to inform decision-making and optimize results.
• Lead the company's SEO and AI visibility strategy, ensuring strong organic performance while effectively evaluating and managing the quality of work delivered by internal teams and external agencies.
• Develop and execute B2B PR and positioning initiatives, crafting compelling market narratives and implementing flywheel-based growth strategies to strengthen brand awareness and thought leadership.
• Take full ownership of the marketing function, including team leadership, budget planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization to maximize business impact.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team, setting clear goals, tracking performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and revenue growth.
