About the role

  • Provide leadership to continuously develop and improve H&S strategy and management programmes
  • Embed and maintain a culture of safety and well-being across the business
  • Drive H&S behavioural culture, ensuring engagement and commitment of all internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute towards strategic planning in relation to health, safety
  • Responsible for effective and efficient management and operation of health and safety policies, procedures, and systems in accordance with recent and relevant health and safety regulations and requirements

Requirements

  • NEBOSH Diploma or Certificate or equivalent
  • Experience of auditing, risk assessments and incident management
  • 3 years health and safety management experience within a Manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of safety regulations in the UK and Ireland
