About the role

  • Support the day-to-day operations of our HR function
  • Develop broad HR expertise while building strong relationships across teams
  • HR administration: onboarding, contracts, changes, policy queries
  • Employee experience: engagement activities, events and communications
  • Generalist HR support: regular contact with employees and managers
  • HR projects: policy reviews, SharePoint management, compliance activity
  • Training coordination: managing programmes, providers, and logistics
  • Payroll support: preparing and validating accurate monthly payroll inputs

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic, people-oriented and analytical graduate
  • Highly organised, reliable and proactive
  • Strong with data, numeracy and Excel
  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn HR end-to-end
  • Experience with HR systems or payroll data is helpful but not essential.
