About the role
- Support the day-to-day operations of our HR function
- Develop broad HR expertise while building strong relationships across teams
- HR administration: onboarding, contracts, changes, policy queries
- Employee experience: engagement activities, events and communications
- Generalist HR support: regular contact with employees and managers
- HR projects: policy reviews, SharePoint management, compliance activity
- Training coordination: managing programmes, providers, and logistics
- Payroll support: preparing and validating accurate monthly payroll inputs
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, people-oriented and analytical graduate
- Highly organised, reliable and proactive
- Strong with data, numeracy and Excel
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn HR end-to-end
- Experience with HR systems or payroll data is helpful but not essential.
