About the role
- Provide daily support to National Account Directors across major UK retail partners
- Assist in the preparation of account reviews, presentations, proposals and reporting
- Support the coordination of promotions, product launches and seasonal activity
- Handle customer queries efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service
- Maintain accurate account records, pricing structures and customer data
- Support order processing, stock availability checks and issue resolution
- Act as a key link between Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Supply Chain teams
- Help manage customer forecasts, product updates and back-up requirements
- Ensure smooth communication between OX Tools EUK and retail partners
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Support sales initiatives aimed at increasing distribution, visibility and revenue
- Gain hands-on experience in national retail strategy and execution
Requirements
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and appetite to learn
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence working with major customers and internal stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and interest in developing a long-term sales career
- Previous experience in Sales, Account Support, Retail or FMCG environments
- Familiarity with national retailers or trade/distribution channels
- Strong IT skills (Excel, CRM systems, reporting tools)
