💰 £40,000 - £50,000 per year

About the role

  • Provide daily support to National Account Directors across major UK retail partners
  • Assist in the preparation of account reviews, presentations, proposals and reporting
  • Support the coordination of promotions, product launches and seasonal activity
  • Handle customer queries efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service
  • Maintain accurate account records, pricing structures and customer data
  • Support order processing, stock availability checks and issue resolution
  • Act as a key link between Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Supply Chain teams
  • Help manage customer forecasts, product updates and back-up requirements
  • Ensure smooth communication between OX Tools EUK and retail partners
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Support sales initiatives aimed at increasing distribution, visibility and revenue
  • Gain hands-on experience in national retail strategy and execution

Requirements

  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and appetite to learn
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence working with major customers and internal stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness and interest in developing a long-term sales career
  • Previous experience in Sales, Account Support, Retail or FMCG environments
  • Familiarity with national retailers or trade/distribution channels
  • Strong IT skills (Excel, CRM systems, reporting tools)
