About the role
- Lead end-to-end project management for IT infrastructure deployments, cloud migrations, network implementations, and enterprise application deployments
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Collaborate with and coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for execution of projects
- Manage project scope, risks, and changes through governance and change control processes
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, suppliers, business stakeholders, and executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and post-implementation outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and tools
- As assigned, own IT service delivery for assigned manufacturing sites and maintain operational excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver IT services during organizational transitions, including separation activities
- Participate in design and implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions
- Ensure manufacturing connectivity and data flow across enterprise systems to enable production and supply chain processes
Requirements
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, focused on infrastructure and application deployment
- Experience managing projects for a manufacturing company and deploying information technology in an industrial/shop floor environment (preferred)
- Understanding of IT systems, networking, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and enterprise software (SAP)
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project environments
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and service management
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations
- Potential ~20% travel required and may require extended work hours due to time zones
