About the role

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget management.
Oversee project development and execution, ensuring adherence to plans and timelines.
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Lead cross-functional project teams including software engineers, developers, designers, and QA specialists.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams; communicate complex technical concepts to varied stakeholders.
Act as primary point of contact for project stakeholders; manage stakeholder feedback and reporting.
Ensure final product meets quality standards; organize testing phases and coordinate with QA.
Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and recommend solutions to resource or budget constraints.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

5+ years of experience in technical project management, leading software development or IT infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with programming languages and IT infrastructure.
Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or other project management software.
Certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or related certifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
Proven leadership and team management abilities, experience mentoring and coaching team members.
High level of organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience in cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Background in cybersecurity, data management, or enterprise architecture (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
