About the role
- Ensuring our products meet customers’ exact requirements
- Managing all plant quality systems, lab operations, and customer interaction regarding quality
- Leading and supporting safety initiatives and processes to drive towards zero safety incidents
- Maintaining ISO9001:2015 certification and ensuring compliance
- Driving quality improvements through Daily Management Systems
- Ensuring nonconforming products are not shipped to customers
- Acting as primary plant contact for developing and implementing improvements and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Prefer Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Lean Manufacturing experience
- Prefer Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience
- Three years technical experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
- Proven results in driving product and process improvement in the manufacturing environment
- Utilizing data systems and Six Sigma methods to eliminate manufacturing losses and unnecessary costs
- Minitab statistical analysis experience, or equivalent SPC software
