- Collaborate with plant teams and business leaders to understand and address unmet manufacturing operations needs
- Plan and lead Proof of Concept (POC), Proof of Value (POV), and Pilot projects
- Define end-to-end innovation work processes
- Manage expectations across impacted organizations to validate assumptions and prove value
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field
- 5+ years in manufacturing with hands-on operational experience in production, maintenance, and/or process control
- 3+ years of leading process improvements and change management
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
