About the role
- Work directly with the Accounting Leader and business partners to support the execution of accounting activities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Deliver timely and accurate financial statements
- Review financial statements and rectify inconsistencies
- Prepare business Balance Sheet Reviews
- Drive process improvements and automate work
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA or Masters in Accounting preferred)
- 5-7 years minimum of related experience
- Experience with a global company
- Experience utilizing US GAAP and Accounting Policy
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing process improvements
- SAP experience (or demonstrated ability to learn new systems)
