Business Intelligence Developer

• Ongoing support and maintenance of existing Power BI dashboards, ad hoc analyses and data extracts
• Collate data from various source systems and databases, cleanse, transform and prepare data for Power BI reporting and ad hoc analysis
• Build dashboards and ad hoc reports to synthesize and aggregate data across multiple sources for internal and external stakeholders
• Interpret data, and analyze results using statistical techniques
• Creation of clear written and visual artifacts to drive decision making
• Reinforce a high level of governance alignment with general client's guidelines across all data deliverability

• Monitor the health and performance of Azure and M365 tenants, using tools and analytics to catch bottlenecks or issues
• Implement and maintain cloud security measures and compliance standards
• Track cloud resource usage and costs across Azure subscriptions and M365 licenses
• Provide tier-2/3 support for cloud-related issues and outages
• Oversee the administration of the Power BI service for the organization
