About the role

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing client accounts within the Revenue Cycle Management space
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, analytics, or client account management
- Strong technical and software acumen, including an understanding of basic database principles
- Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare terminology, payer reimbursement methodologies, and compliance expectations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms
