• Onboarding: Ensuring new reps deliver value as quickly as possible. Examples: Refining and managing segment-specific onboarding curricula.
• Skill Training & Coaching: Enabling reps to consistently articulate our value to customers. Examples: Reinforcing our sales methodology and supporting a manager-led coaching program, as well as driving programmatic efforts to improve our story-telling capabilities.
• Product Enablement: Equip reps to understand and position the value and capabilities of new product releases and how they connect to the buyer journey. Examples: Collaborating with the Go-to-Market team to create online and offline training and enablement content. This role will have a direct product level partnership and will need to effectively represent their GTM enablement partners.
• Competitive Enablement: Work with Product Marketing to enable reps to consistently articulate our differentiators against top competitors. Examples: Refining battle cards and other competitive job aids. Creating a rhythm for competitive enablement and feedback.
• Outreach Excellence: Ensure reps are demonstrating excellence with how they present, demo and use Outreach. Examples: Creating and managing Outreach content for Outreach reps, and promoting/monitoring internal best practices for various roles.
• Tool Training & Adoption: Getting the most possible ROI out of our rep-facing tool stack, by managing the adoption and optimal usage of enablement and productivity tools. Examples: learning management system, sales asset management, call analytics platform, sales intelligence platforms.
• Sales Motion Excellence: Ensure that sales teams have the content and tools to support conversations throughout the sales process. Examples: Drive the rollout of a refined sales stage process and the related pipeline management and forecasting approach.
• Internal Communications: Provide timely and easy access to all information reps need to do their jobs. Examples: Managing content management platform and creating/maintaining content on processes/motions/priorities.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of data-driven continuous improvement and recognition. Examples: Monitor enablement completion/usage data and sales production data to recognize top performers and to identify learning/performance gaps (and align with sales + success leadership to address those gaps).

• Building applications in a modern web stack. We primarily use **Go** language for our next gen applications. However, we have as well some **Ruby on Rails** apps. We have data stores built on MySQL, PostgreSQL and various NoSQL databases like AWS DynamoDB. For async processing we mostly use Kafka and RabbitMQ. We are transitioning our data loading layer to use GraphQL

Senior Software Engineer – GOlang, Back-end

Technical Program Manager

• Direct contribution to the program leadership to define, build out, and manage comprehensive programs and projects to support Trust & Safety and Security goals. (Examples: Anti-Abuse Program, DNS Management)
• Using your technical skills by troubleshooting with ESP sending platforms such as SendGrid. Sharing the responsibility of deliverability tools like Validity and the Everest Platform
• Drive the technical implementation and leadership of BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification)
• Define, document, and manage all aspects of Email Policy & Governance (application, customer, and corporate) and the acceptable use policy (AUP) enforcement strategy
• Design and propose products and tools to safely and compliantly monetize email on the Outreach platform
• Develop training documentation for Application Security, Email Deliverability & Anti-Abuse Best Practices, technical training pertaining to DNS, DMARC & SPF. • While supporting product safety & monetization, this role will provide direction, ideas, and detailed feature/product requirement documentation to the Email Product Management Team to improve customer analytics, compliance, and data accuracy
• Demonstrated knowledge of industry infrastructure and terminology, such as spam trap networks, threat feeds, content filtering, and blocklisting. Familiar with Spamhaus, Proofpoint, Mimecast, VirusTotal, and Talos
• Outline business risk and propose business solutions for changing best practices around sales industry email sending practices
• Support operations and incident response by managing the processing of takedowns and processing abuse reports efficiently and accurately
• Set up automations/alerting monitoring of domains for blocklisting/reputation. Familiar with shared click tracking domains and sending domains (Outreach and customer domains)
• Create platform-wide email sending performance and compliance metrics. Will work with transactional emails for the application and shared click tracking domains for tracking health.

Sales

• Administer the sales compensation plans, ensuring accurate and timely Xactly set-up, attainment reconciliations, and earning reviews

• Support the execution of tradeshows, sponsorships, field events, customer events, SKO, and roadshows

• Manage the renewal, expansion, and cross-sell attachment of current Outreach customers.
• Build effective partnerships with your customers to realize value, adoption, and business process optimization of the Outreach platform.
• Demonstrate strong business and financial acumen to advise and guide your customers to achieve their desired business outcomes and return on investment.
• Have a deep understanding of sales operations, sales team strategies, methodologies and KPI’s.
• Develop and build account strategy plans using multiple data points from various sources to drive adoption, utilization, and customer sentiment.

• Work as the initial main point of contact with Outreach customers after a sale is complete
• Provide an exceptional implementation experience to all customers and stakeholders, ensuring customer teams are up and running on time
• Partnering with customers to provide overall platform best practices, influence their GTM strategy, technical configuration, change management methods, and how best to engage their teams to drive adoption
• Work with existing customers that purchase additional services post-launch, in areas such as managed services, optimizations, technical audits, and expansions
• Identify new opportunities for additional services and direct customers to the appropriate parties to engage in the scoping process
• Relentless drive to understand our customers and key stakeholders, in addition to being solution oriented when addressing their pain points
