About the role

  • Define and implement a comprehensive global HR digital and AI transformation strategy
  • Develop and govern Outokumpu’s HR technology landscape and people data architecture
  • Lead the people analytics agenda, delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision making
  • Drive change management and organizational adoption for new systems
  • Promote a culture of digital advancement and align HR digital initiatives with business objectives
  • Own and govern GDPR compliance, data ethics, and privacy across the full HR landscape

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in international HR technology and/or people analytics leadership
  • Strong technical and analytical expertise, including data science, AI, statistics, and data privacy
  • Proven ability to define and execute HRIT roadmaps and manage large-scale, complex project portfolios
  • Demonstrated leadership, consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented working style with strong business acumen
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Finnish, Swedish, or German is an advantage
