About the role
- Define and implement a comprehensive global HR digital and AI transformation strategy
- Develop and govern Outokumpu’s HR technology landscape and people data architecture
- Lead the people analytics agenda, delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision making
- Drive change management and organizational adoption for new systems
- Promote a culture of digital advancement and align HR digital initiatives with business objectives
- Own and govern GDPR compliance, data ethics, and privacy across the full HR landscape
Requirements
- Extensive experience in international HR technology and/or people analytics leadership
- Strong technical and analytical expertise, including data science, AI, statistics, and data privacy
- Proven ability to define and execute HRIT roadmaps and manage large-scale, complex project portfolios
- Demonstrated leadership, consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented working style with strong business acumen
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Finnish, Swedish, or German is an advantage
