About the role
- Drive Ek Kutumb’s strategy and ecosystem engagement, supporting senior stakeholders
- Shape institutional partnerships
- Help research influence policy and climate action across India
- Lead mapping and analysis of high-leverage actors across policy, philanthropy, and intermediary networks
- Contribute to defining and refining stakeholder strategy across states
- Identify emerging ecosystem opportunities aligned with Ek Kutumb’s priorities
- Develop structured tracking and prioritization systems for institutional engagement
- Support preparation for high-level meetings with funders, policy actors, and institutional partners
- Develop clear, structured materials that articulate Ek Kutumb’s positioning and value proposition
- Help design curated roundtables, briefings, and closed-door dialogues
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in roles combining strategy, stakeholder engagement, and institutional development
- Strong structured thinking and analytical clarity
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and high-level engagements
- High standards in written and visual communication
- Ability to manage multiple strategic workstreams
- Professional maturity and sound judgement
- A serious interest in climate, public policy, and institutional decision-making in India
