About the role

  • Drive Ek Kutumb’s strategy and ecosystem engagement, supporting senior stakeholders
  • Shape institutional partnerships
  • Help research influence policy and climate action across India
  • Lead mapping and analysis of high-leverage actors across policy, philanthropy, and intermediary networks
  • Contribute to defining and refining stakeholder strategy across states
  • Identify emerging ecosystem opportunities aligned with Ek Kutumb’s priorities
  • Develop structured tracking and prioritization systems for institutional engagement
  • Support preparation for high-level meetings with funders, policy actors, and institutional partners
  • Develop clear, structured materials that articulate Ek Kutumb’s positioning and value proposition
  • Help design curated roundtables, briefings, and closed-door dialogues

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in roles combining strategy, stakeholder engagement, and institutional development
  • Strong structured thinking and analytical clarity
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders and high-level engagements
  • High standards in written and visual communication
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic workstreams
  • Professional maturity and sound judgement
  • A serious interest in climate, public policy, and institutional decision-making in India
