• Serve an existing book of middle market clients in a variety of industries
• Share technical expertise about insurance - products, coverages, client needs, forms, and proposals
• Involved in both New and Renewal marketing
• Complete day-to-day Commercial Lines Workflows - confirmation of binding policies, certificates of insurance, endorsements and audits
• Grow accounts by seeing cross-selling opportunities (Business, Personal, Life, Benefits)
• Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance in both our agency management system and insurance carrier rating systems

• Serve clients in an existing book of small commercial insurance while having an opportunity to grow the book
• Retain current clients
• Share technical expertise about insurance - products, coverages, client needs, forms, and proposals
• Complete day-to-day Commercial Lines Workflows - written confirmation of binding policies, certificates of insurance, endorsements and audits
• Grow accounts by seeing account rounding and cross-selling opportunities (Business, Personal, Life, Benefits)
• Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance in both our agency management system and insurance carrier’s rating systems
