About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for an established book of business
- Manage new business and renewal marketing process
- Work with client development team to develop renewal strategies

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits
- Strong understanding of fully insured and level funded plans
- Knowledge of ancillary benefits, COBRA, ACA, Section 125 and general compliance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Active Michigan Life & Health License
