Insurance Commercial Account Manager, CSR

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve clients in an existing book of small to middle market commercial insurance while having an opportunity to grow the book with account rounding
- Retain current clients
- Share technical expertise about insurance - products, coverages, client needs, forms, and proposals
- Exposure to both New and Renewal marketing
- Complete day-to-day Commercial Lines Workflows - written confirmation of binding policies, certificates of insurance, endorsements and audits
- Grow accounts by seeing account rounding and cross-selling opportunities (Business, Personal, Life, Benefits)
- Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance in both our agency management system and insurance carrier’s rating systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensed as a Property and Casualty insurance agent
- Experienced in Commercial insurance (minimum of 1 year required)
- Motivated by getting things done and checking off your To-Do list
- Great at helping customers over the phone, in emails or in person in a timely manner
- Comfortable with computers and software - knowing Applied Epic is a BIG plus, but not required
