About the role

  • Responsible for ensuring the successful design, configuration, prototyping, testing, and maintenance of Workday reports and dashboards globally
  • Participating in defining the Workday reporting strategy, governance and roadmap
  • Ensuring that reports meet customer requirements and specifications while following best practices and industry standards
  • Partnering with HR Technology, COEs, HRBPs, HR Operations and other key stakeholders to identify resource requirements
  • Leading the technical lifecycle of data presentation from data sourcing to transforming into user-facing metrics/information
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure reporting requirements are clearly understood and output is aligned with business expectations
  • Gather, understand, and analyze business requirements to ensure they are translated into functional specifications
  • Support development of business cases, project scoping, project alignment, and process documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Fluency in English is required
  • 5 years of hands-on Workday report building experience within the HR function
  • Completion of Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields & Advanced Reporting for HCM training courses required
  • In-depth understanding of Workday security with a strong ability to apply knowledge in report building
  • Strong knowledge of full Workday reporting tool stack, including advanced reports, dashboards, scorecards, discovery boards and Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT)
  • Workday Reporting Pro Certification a plus
  • Process and automation improvement methodologies a plus
