About the role
- Build Key Account Management (KAM) model and set strategy
- Lead and manage Key Account forecast process
- Evaluate and distribute sales plans
- Educate Consultants and other KA Partners on new products and technologies (Digital Products, New Products and service offerings)
- Build new proactive relationships with consultants, architects, GCs, developers, property managers, and building owners
- Manage the Key Account team
- Manage the KA Pipeline for Future Opportunities
- Monitor sales activities and performance including KA pipeline health management for future opportunities
- Host customer and consultant advisory board sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- 10+ years of sales, general management, and/or business development experience in the elevator industry
- Experience managing P&L beneficial, but not required
- Successful track record with presenting and interacting with senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects, programs, and objectives and managing the interests of multiple stakeholders
- Excellent strategic problem solving and financial modeling skills
- Strong research skills using a wide variety of primary and secondary sources
- Proven team player that is able to motivate colleagues with competing priorities
