About the role

  • Build Key Account Management (KAM) model and set strategy
  • Lead and manage Key Account forecast process
  • Evaluate and distribute sales plans
  • Educate Consultants and other KA Partners on new products and technologies (Digital Products, New Products and service offerings)
  • Build new proactive relationships with consultants, architects, GCs, developers, property managers, and building owners
  • Manage the Key Account team
  • Manage the KA Pipeline for Future Opportunities
  • Monitor sales activities and performance including KA pipeline health management for future opportunities
  • Host customer and consultant advisory board sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of sales, general management, and/or business development experience in the elevator industry
  • Experience managing P&L beneficial, but not required
  • Successful track record with presenting and interacting with senior leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects, programs, and objectives and managing the interests of multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent strategic problem solving and financial modeling skills
  • Strong research skills using a wide variety of primary and secondary sources
  • Proven team player that is able to motivate colleagues with competing priorities
