About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct monthly touchpoints and quarterly business reviews to strengthen relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business and IT environment.
  • Proactively upsell and cross-sell services based on client needs.
  • Perform whitespace analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client strategies with future needs.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and orders while ensuring pricing accuracy and margin compliance.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including deal registration and pricing adjustments.
  • Track activities in CRM and provide timely reporting.
  • Respond promptly to client requests via phone, email, chat, text, or social platforms.
  • Support projects, operations, and administrative client needs.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of proven experience as an Account Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships
  • Skilled in upselling, cross-selling, and sales strategies
  • Successful track record of managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Sound judgment, patience, and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience tracking activities in CRM and providing timely reporting
  • Ability to prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and orders
