Develop and document technical solutions that align with AgentSync product capabilities and customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
Design complex solutions that integrate AgentSync's Salesforce app into customers' existing business system workflows
Engage with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into effective technical solutions
Work with technologies including Salesforce and MuleSoft to deliver solutions for the insurance industry
Serve as technical leader and architect: perform code reviews and read/write Apex at high proficiency
Balance customer requirements with technical limitations, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive product improvements
Assist in deployment of technical solutions, including hands-on development and overseeing/supporting engineers on projects
Create comprehensive technical documentation for solutions
Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Own solution quality, cost-effectiveness, minimize total cost of ownership, and resolve post-launch issues efficiently
Requirements
3+ years architecting and designing highly scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions across a variety of industries
8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience building solutions, using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and best practices for scalable solutions
Working between business analysts and outsourced development teams to deliver custom enterprise solutions with a variety of complexity
Translating functional requirements into technical designs
Salesforce Certifications: Application Architect or System Architect (highly preferred)
Proficiency in SOQL and SQL for querying Salesforce and external databases
Experience using integration middleware tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Dell Boomi
Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and how to design around them
Experience reading and writing Apex at high proficiency
Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprints, creating user stories, and maintaining backlogs
Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Git version control, and automated deployment tools for Salesforce
Proven problem-solving skills, root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions
Preferred: Experience in insurtech, financial services, or other relevant industries
Preferred: Familiarity with Einstein Analytics, Salesforce Communities, and other advanced Salesforce features
Preferred: Experience with Salesforce testing frameworks, including test classes and assertions
