Work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps and engineering teams to build systems that bring Go To Market strategy to life.
Design scalable and high-performance Go To Market systems to enable Intercom's Go To Market engine.
Lead technical architecture discussions and decisions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Mentor engineers, grow team capacity, and participate in interviewing candidates.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to shape technical solutions to business problems.
Build and maintain a world-class Salesforce platform that supports Intercom's AI Customer Service products.
Requirements
Proven track record of architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and scalability needs.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect (or equivalent) are highly desirable.
Experience with Snowflake, or similar Data Warehouse.
Exposure to Salesforce CPQ.
Sales, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops experience.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
