About the role
- Provide direct, personal, and timely service representing Orthofix in a professional and straightforward manner where and when applicable.
- Conduct Patient Calls to educate, gather information, and capture relevant information related to servicing with BGT devices.
- Assist with Patient Fittings virtually. In person where and when applicable.
- Support Territory Managers, accounts and patients within your region.
- Assist with educational meetings with patients and office staff regarding the benefits of the Orthofix stimulation products.
- Discuss explanation of benefits and financial responsibilities with patients.
- Facilitate paperwork collections for order submissions.
- Coordinate all patient service and patient experience activities in conjunction with TM, ASM and RVP.

- Excellent customer service experience. Minimum 2 years experience.
