About the role
- Provide high quality support across the full employee life cycle
- Provide first-line HR advice on policies, procedures and best practice
- Support employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent processes
- Assist with HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, changes, and leavers
- Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with employment law and GDPR
- Contribute to HR projects, policy updates and process improvements
Requirements
- HR generalist experience with working knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience supporting ER cases
- HR systems and data management experience (e.g., BambooHR, MS applications inc Excel)
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
