About the role

  • Provide high quality support across the full employee life cycle
  • Provide first-line HR advice on policies, procedures and best practice
  • Support employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent processes
  • Assist with HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, changes, and leavers
  • Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with employment law and GDPR
  • Contribute to HR projects, policy updates and process improvements

Requirements

  • HR generalist experience with working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience supporting ER cases
  • HR systems and data management experience (e.g., BambooHR, MS applications inc Excel)
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
