• Verifies and ensures compliance with Orica Group Safety, Health and Environment Policy, and applicable Group standards and procedures, and implement continuous improvement programs to address findings
• Ensures the readiness of an emergency response team for scenarios up to and including Enterprise Level Risk events, ensures business continuity planning is maintained, and coordinates with the Corporate Crisis Management Teams to assure they are ready for Mfg. Centre or Sub-Regional Area crises
• Drives programs that improve behavioural compliance with core SHES requirements through the full implementation of behavioural safety initiatives

• Assisting the Supervisor in Process/Peer Coaching, conduct one on one with Coordinator and below, identifying/implementing process training within the Workstreams.
• Support supervisor with managing specific process, ensure alignment, reporting and communication including appropriate workload allocation for productivity and full capacity utilization, execution of appropriate backup systems.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, credit notes, and adjustments.
• Prepare AR aging reports, collections reports, and other performance metrics.
• Work with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing issues.

Accounts Receivable Officer
