Accounts Receivable

• Assisting the Supervisor in Process/Peer Coaching, conduct one on one with Coordinator and below, identifying/implementing process training within the Workstreams.
• Support supervisor with managing specific process, ensure alignment, reporting and communication including appropriate workload allocation for productivity and full capacity utilization, execution of appropriate backup systems.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, credit notes, and adjustments.
• Prepare AR aging reports, collections reports, and other performance metrics.
• Work with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing issues.

Accounts Receivable Officer

• Support the effectiveness and quality of Accounts Payable operations

• Oversee the integration and commissioning of Lidar systems, imaging devices, communication networks, IP/Ethernet interfaces, Wi-Fi systems, and related digital components.
• Support the installation, configuration, and validation of hardware mounted on front-end loaders and other mining equipment, ensuring robustness and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate closely with Orica’s global development teams, communicating technical findings, field constraints, test results, and improvement recommendations.
• Help troubleshoot hardware, network, and software integration issues across Lidar, imaging, network communication, Cloud/Offsite Servers, API connections, and customer network environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installation procedures, configuration details, test outcomes, and incident logs.
• Build strong working relationships with site personnel (maintenance, operations, IT/OT teams) to ensure seamless execution of field trials.
• Provide proactive feedback to Product Owners, engineers, and architects regarding system performance and potential refinements.

Support Engineer

• On-site field support in accordance with Orica Hypercharge Drive contract agreements in and around an active underground metal mine
• On-call for field equipment and equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs
• Occasionally assist as-needed in plant operation and support
• Coordination of two-yearly Pump Protection proof testing
• Role model in the use of Orica safety systems e.g. Alteration Authorities, Permit to Work and UIRs
• Coordination and completion of 60-day maintenance inspections on underground pump units

Underground Field Support Technician

Executive Assistant

• This role will support two management team members
• Conducts effective diary management and meeting scheduling
