About the role

  • Participate in two one-year rotational assignments
  • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing to build demand and supply plans
  • Utilize advanced analytics to drive efficiency, including digital twin technology and robotic process automation
  • Develop future leaders in Supply Chain Management, Global Trade Compliance, Demand Fulfilment, Digital Twin and Robotic Process Automation, and Distribution & Logistics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Bioengineering, Engineering/Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or any related Business or Engineering field
  • Proficiency in Excel and advanced analytics methods
  • Highly organised, customer-focused, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management
  • A team player who can also work independently and perform under pressure
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
