About the role
- Partner with managers across the business to diagnose team challenges
- Enable managers to handle performance, conduct, and team issues through coaching
- Apply product management principles when designing new People processes
- Design and implement scalable People Products that support employees at all stages
- Own the People Product lifecycle from identifying foundational problems to rollout
- Identify patterns signaling where new solutions are needed and provide actionable recommendations
- Measure outcomes to highlight impact and identify improvement areas
- Iterate on solutions based on real-world feedback
Requirements
- Relevant experience in People Partnering and/or People Operations
- Strong understanding of UK employment laws; exposure or experience with US laws a plus
- Enjoy working closely with managers and building scalable people initiatives
- Strong communications and relationship-building skills; good judgement and discretion
- Care deeply about employee experience and business impact
- Thrive in ambiguity; comfortable shaping and rewriting People Playbooks
- Combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- Embrace technology and AI, finding ways to work smarter
- Understand the nuances between urgent and important
