About the role

  • Partner with managers across the business to diagnose team challenges
  • Enable managers to handle performance, conduct, and team issues through coaching
  • Apply product management principles when designing new People processes
  • Design and implement scalable People Products that support employees at all stages
  • Own the People Product lifecycle from identifying foundational problems to rollout
  • Identify patterns signaling where new solutions are needed and provide actionable recommendations
  • Measure outcomes to highlight impact and identify improvement areas
  • Iterate on solutions based on real-world feedback

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in People Partnering and/or People Operations
  • Strong understanding of UK employment laws; exposure or experience with US laws a plus
  • Enjoy working closely with managers and building scalable people initiatives
  • Strong communications and relationship-building skills; good judgement and discretion
  • Care deeply about employee experience and business impact
  • Thrive in ambiguity; comfortable shaping and rewriting People Playbooks
  • Combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
  • Embrace technology and AI, finding ways to work smarter
  • Understand the nuances between urgent and important
