• Help build and scale Revenue Operations at Orbital to support this next stage of rapid growth.
• Create the frameworks, insights, systems, and technology that bring together Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance into a cohesive growth engine.
• Report directly to the CRO, as a member of the commercial leadership team.
• Combine strategic vision with operational execution, building the processes that drive predictability, the insights that guide decision-making, and the scalable systems that enable our GTM teams to perform at their best.
• Define how RevOps operates in a scaling SaaS company.
• Maintain a single source of truth for GTM performance.
• Evolve the processes, operating rhythm, and forward-looking insights that give the CRO and leadership confidence in every decision.
• Bring Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance together around shared goals and outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CRO and leadership, shaping how we go to market
• Ensure the right tools are in place and teams get the most from them.

• Report directly to the CRO and serve as a member of the commercial leadership team.
• Combine strategic vision with operational execution to drive predictability and enable GTM teams.
• Build processes, operating rhythm, and forward-looking insights to provide leadership clarity and confidence.
• Maintain a single source of truth for GTM performance and ensure teams get maximum value from tools.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CRO and shape go-to-market strategy.
