About the role
- Oversee manufacturing plants in North America region
- Take responsibility for day-to-day and long-term success of manufacturing teams
- Set priorities and develop teams
- Keeping operations on track to meet production targets
- Travel about 50% of the time across the region
- Collaborate closely with teams across departments and geographies
Requirements
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
- 3+ years as a Plant Manager in a 24/7 operation
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business, engineering, or a related field
- Strong business acumen, budgeting, and capital project experience
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)
