About the role

  • Drive strategic growth through effective relationship management and customer-centric execution
  • Build long-term partnerships with key accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experience and achieving profitable outcomes
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders and establish a trusted advisor status
  • Align cross-functional teams—sales, marketing, product management, and technical support—to develop and implement comprehensive account strategies
  • Manage account portfolios, forecasting customer needs, and introducing innovative, market-differentiating solutions
  • Develop governance models, driving internal collaboration, and evolving service delivery in line with customer expectations
  • Coach teams, engage globally, and maintain a sharp focus on performance metrics and continuous growth

Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree
  • Proven ability to develop and execute detailed account plans for large, complex customers—particularly within the hyperscale and data center markets
  • Experience managing long, technically complex sales cycles, often involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with conduit, micro duct, and cable installation is highly valued
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, as well as Microsoft Office
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities
