About the role

  • Provide first-class administrative support for the People Business Partner and wider People team
  • Ensure data accuracy on SAP based employee portal, Orbia Pulse
  • Organise internal training programmes and recruit for staff
  • Take responsibility for employee absence documentation
  • Work closely with the Compensation and Benefits Manager
  • Undertake the organisation of checks and updates of job descriptions and policies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within a HR capacity
  • A high degree of computer literacy across SAP systems and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Possession of clear communication skills across all mediums
  • The ability to effectively and accurately to strict deadlines
  • Work at pace and juggle conflicting priorities
  • High levels of self motivation and focus
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Integrity, empathy and trustworthiness
  • A working knowledge of HR Best Practice, Employment Law and payroll practices would be a distinct advantage
