About the role
- Provide first-class administrative support for the People Business Partner and wider People team
- Ensure data accuracy on SAP based employee portal, Orbia Pulse
- Organise internal training programmes and recruit for staff
- Take responsibility for employee absence documentation
- Work closely with the Compensation and Benefits Manager
- Undertake the organisation of checks and updates of job descriptions and policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within a HR capacity
- A high degree of computer literacy across SAP systems and the Microsoft Office suite
- Possession of clear communication skills across all mediums
- The ability to effectively and accurately to strict deadlines
- Work at pace and juggle conflicting priorities
- High levels of self motivation and focus
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Integrity, empathy and trustworthiness
- A working knowledge of HR Best Practice, Employment Law and payroll practices would be a distinct advantage
