About the role
- Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and closing candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, create tailored recruiting strategies, and consistently deliver exceptional talent.
- Build and scale recruiting processes from scratch, ensuring efficiency and alignment with our company’s goals and culture.
- Raise the bar on candidate experience—every interaction, from first touch to offer acceptance, should leave candidates feeling valued and excited.
- Communicate proactively and transparently with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Track, analyze, and act on recruiting metrics to optimize time-to-hire, candidate quality, and pipeline health.
- Get creative in sourcing passive candidates, using innovative tools and strategies to connect with top talent.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, making our company a destination for the best and brightest.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as a full-cycle GTM recruiter, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- A proven ability to juggle multiple roles with finesse, driving each one from sourcing to close independently.
- A knack for building scalable recruiting systems and processes from the ground up.
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams and you know how to earn trust and collaborate effectively.
- A self-starter mentality. You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and take initiative without being asked.
- Unmatched attention to detail with a focus on quality, speed, and results.
- A passion for delivering a white-glove candidate experience that reflects Orb's values and culture.
- A data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and turn insights into action.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills- you can tell a compelling story to candidates and stakeholders.
