About the role
- Drive outbound lead generation to identify and engage large creators and media companies.
- Coach BDRs on outbound strategies, ensuring effective prospecting and pipeline growth.
- Qualify opportunities to assess their fit and prioritize high-potential deals.
- Lead negotiations and close deals, contributing to revenue growth.
- Own a sales target and the end-to-end sales process.
- Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth handoff, set customers up for success, and drive renewals.
- Experiment with pricing and positioning to refine our go-to-market approach.
- Provide insights to our marketing and product teams to shape content and product strategy.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in a sales, business development, creator partnerships, or similar role.
- Experience working for a startup or corporation in the media space is a must.
- Deep understanding and network in the media and creator space.
- Track record of owning the end-to-end sales cycle for a software solution.
- Available to work in a hybrid environment and travel as needed.
