About the role
- Lead and inspire a team of 3 consultants, ensuring delivery of exceptional results.
- Act as a **strategic partner** to clients, providing expert guidance and tailored talent solutions across the EMEA Tech market.
- Develop and implement **recruitment strategies** that meet client needs and drive team success.
- Stay ahead of **industry trends**, sharing best practices to enhance team performance.
- Oversee **salary negotiations** and manage the offer process for successful placements.
- Drive **new business development**, building strong relationships with targeted clients across the UK and EU.
- Maintain your own **billing responsibilities**, setting the standard for performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience **in Contract Recruitment.**
- Previous **leadership or mentoring experience** within a recruitment environment.
- Financially motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent **communication skills** – both verbal and written.
- A true **team player** who thrives in a collaborative environment.
