About the role

  • Lead and inspire a team of 3 consultants, ensuring delivery of exceptional results.
  • Act as a **strategic partner** to clients, providing expert guidance and tailored talent solutions across the EMEA Tech market.
  • Develop and implement **recruitment strategies** that meet client needs and drive team success.
  • Stay ahead of **industry trends**, sharing best practices to enhance team performance.
  • Oversee **salary negotiations** and manage the offer process for successful placements.
  • Drive **new business development**, building strong relationships with targeted clients across the UK and EU.
  • Maintain your own **billing responsibilities**, setting the standard for performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience **in Contract Recruitment.**
  • Previous **leadership or mentoring experience** within a recruitment environment.
  • Financially motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent **communication skills** – both verbal and written.
  • A true **team player** who thrives in a collaborative environment.
